Located parallel to the pedestrian zone, the apartment is in a beautiful Nicois building and has a small balcony, wifi, and a reversible unit for heating and AC.

I’ve lived in a few countries, but have been in Nice for over 15 years now.
With my 2 girls, we travel often to explore the other side, meet beautiful people and learn about different cultures…
While at home in Nice, we offer a very comfortable 1 bedroom Airbnb in the center of Nice, for those who love spending time in the beautiful Cote d’Azur.

The Bedroom
A large comfortable bed and lots of closet space… there is also a small balcony.
if you come with a third person, the sofa in the living room becomes a sofa bed for a good night’s sleep.
The Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen has a large table that seats 4 comfortably. Stovetop, oven, coffee machine, and everything you’d need in a kitchen.
The Living Room
Comfortable living with 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The small balcony overlooks the street below which is lined with smalls trees and green plants.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a lift.
What is there to do in Nice?
There is a lot to do in Nice but concentrate on the top things to do if you’re short on time.
Walk around the Old Town, the Pedestrian Zone, and the Promenade for the beach and gorgeous views.
Climb up to Castle Hill, and take a photo in front of the “I love nice sign”
Take your time and linger at a cool cafe in the port area and people watch.
Try out some delicious socca while you’re at it!
Why not go to local museums and see what famous artists came through our beautiful town? Like Matisse for example. Or enjoy the photography museum on Cours Saleya.
Get your camera ready and go looking for the best photo spots.
Buy a delicious pan bagnat at the market and have a picnic at the beach.
If you’re here for more than a few days then it’s time for day trips for sure!
